Better late than never, right? This week is pretty simple.
Monday: baked flounder, garlic butter rice, stir-fried cabbage
Tuesday: BBQ chicken, GF cornbread (from Jules), and stir-fried bok choy
Wednesday: Grass-fed sirloin steak, sauteed mushrooms, steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes
Thursday: vegetarian pizza (my favorite gluten-free recipe is here)
